![]() ![]() There is a 25% chance of dropping from bosses you already beat in previous runs, and then 1% chance of that chest being a jeweled chest (or so say the legends). You only have a guarenteed chest in the first time you beat a boss area, so don't be surprised you won't be getting as many chests in your second run in that campaign. Your first area 10 chest is scripted to be a jeweled chest, you can open those right away, the silver chest on the other hand can give you gold, so it's advised to only open them when you are needing more gold to progress. ![]() You can also magnify your *Savage Strike* for a bit more gold when opening chests or using warps - explained in the next topic. Very simple, but if you missed it, always cast your *Magnify* before casting *Storm Rider*, and if you need gold, magnify your *Gold-o-Rama* and go click the last boss you beat :) ![]() *Note³: Having two main dpsers is a very rare thing, usually one can easily outshine the other, but for early game, past the point Nate is your best, you may have both Jim and Nat doing about the same dps for several areas, and as the price for another 25x levels goes up too quickly you may as well keep leveling both till a 4x multiplier in one won't add much for the total dps anymore.* Then it's up to you test your formations and read and understand how the formation abilities work.* For example, if you get an epic gear for Emo or Hermit and turn it to legendary they may be your best dpsers even in your first run even lacking some buffs from other crusaders - Emo can't be adjacent to humans, and Hermit needs to be in the front or have an empty slot in front of him. *Note²: This can change a lot based on gear. *Note¹: Ignore the dps numbers, as the prints were taken in further areas.*īy the very end of your first run Nat and Jim (depending on gear) will be doing more dps than Nate because they get the 4x multiplier for every 25 levels over 200, but it won't be very significant and you will be about to reset anyway - but when going further in the run, know that they will be your best dpser. So your final formation should be something like this For pushing purpose, I would advise changing Kaine for Merci if needed, as Kaine's gold buff doesn't affect as much as Panda's ones (but gear may change it) and Merci's Deflect Evil ability can help a lot. In your first run your best dpser, most likely, will be Nate, note that he benefits greatly from having Nat in formation. Which crusaders you are using are very gear dependent). When monsters are reaching your formation I'd advise having Thalia there, and you can put Gryphon in Sasha's place too so Thalia can last longer (you lose some dps though, so you have to check what works best for you. Thalia is a tanker, you may use him in front, but maybe Merci could be making you move further at the moment. ![]() That way you are getting the best out of dps and gold buffs. *MAIN DPSER* - Your best dpser will change a lot in the beggining, it's usually the latest crusader you have unlocked because it will have a greater base DPS, so for some short time buffers may be your best dpser but as soon you get Sarah you can set a formation like this and just change your main dpsers around. For gold buff you start with Kaine (column dependent) and Panda (not position dependent), depending on gear you get, Nat and Jason may also add some gold buff. It's recommended to keep maximized gold buff in your formation for as long as you can before changing to some dps buffer to push areas. *GOLD BUFFS* - Gold buffs changes a lot how much gold you are getting, thus, you can buy more levels and go further. Princess is also an early main dps buffer, but unlike the others, it's not dependent on formation position, she just buffs everyone from everywhere. *DPS BUFFS* - You have to understand formation abilities, like Jim buffs his column, Sasha buffs the column behind, Artaxes buffs the column in front and Khouri buffs adjacent crusaders (and also heals the ones in front), and as those are the main dps buffs you are going to be using, you better get the best of them. **- FREE CODES *(last update: April 30th), 2018)***ĪLEG-ENDA-RYRE-WARD (1x Legendary Catalyst) Then you open the options and toggle always using scientific notations so we can understand each other (no one is memorizing all the letters used to name the numbers).
